Will being accused of cheque bounce lead to no future in govt. jobs?

I am a personal loan defaulter and credid cart defaulter since 1 year and have a check bounce case filed against me, i was an software engineer i left the company 1 year before. now i will clear all my dues with interest. does it possible to join MNC again and have an idea to prepare for KAS and ISA it is possible...because some of my friend telling that you cant enter into MNC again and you cant take any competitive govt exams now. your future IS LAST. please give me your suggestion.
just being accused is not a big problem, if at the end the judgement goes against you, you will have to pay up the amount and there the matter ends, so also if you win. But if you don`t win the case and don`t pay up, then you are in soup.

No no your future is bright. Having criminal cases against you is not the dead end unless you are held as guilty or convicted.
