Will accused get travel expenses?

Previously, when I asked for time to take NOC from my lawyer. The court imposed a total of Rs700 cost for two hearings. Later complainant asked for time but I was not paid any amount nor allowed to change the date. I was absent later filed 315. Magistrate asked to make compromise after I filled 315 I refused. On next hearing PW1 was late no penalty. But when I was late before court imposed Rs200 penalty at that time. Now case posted as hear on. Next time should I seek expenses or complain in HC?
Dear Sir,
You cannot complain for such petty things before Hon'ble High Court. You may just request the Court to ask the Complainant to pay the costs and see that case is finished as early as possible unless you have a strong case. It seems it is a cheque bounce case as such heavy burden is on you to bring rebuttal evidence to show that why you have given cheque to the Complainant.
