Will a pending court case effect my selection in Govt. job

Dear sir/Madam, I got selected for AP govt post.I need to mention all the details in employment form regarding the criminal cases current or past. In 2015 my husband and his friend quarelled regarding financial matter, finally he had filed cheating case on my husband and he included my name to become case strong .The police told no evidence to prove that you are accused, they took our signature and told we are submitting to court.After 1 year his friend called us and told I am to ready to settle friendly deal, by the time the court called for 1 st time and we told the same thing to them.Immediately they had send it to lok adalat and settled friendly.It was included with section 420 r/w 34 ipc and compound the offence..Tell me whether this case comes into criminal or not,though I am not directly involved.How does it effect my career,do I need to reveal in form.This was happened in my mother in law placeButIstay inBangalore and hadgiven my parents address as permanent.pls help me

You don't have to worry firstly the complaint given by your friend and was not having evidence as you said on you enquiry and also the complaint was given in a financial mater for which the court gave you summon and you have now settled it on lok adlat. so there is no case pending on you in any court of law and you have not been given sentences by any court of law. When it is settled in lok adlat then there is no necessity to declare it.

as the case is closed and not pending then it is not necessary to mention if any conviction is given in trial court and your preferred an appeal and then only you need to disclose and if the case is pending before a court of law you need not necessary to mention

Hi
Since the case has been transferred to lok adalat and the parties have reconciled the differences, no need to worry at all.
You need not include these cases in your application for government post.
