Agar koi army mai mental Ho gaya hai aur doctor ne bhi use mental ghosit kar diya hai fir us ne 4 murder kar diye to kya use saja hogi ya Bach jayega
He can be saved because of his mental state..accusations can not be laid on him because of his mental state....
