Will a case against my husband effect his government job

I have filed complaint against my husband in a police station under section 323/504. he is a government servant, will it have any effect on his job?and if so, how do I revoke my complaint?
The complaint which you filled u/s 324, 504 are compundable offence , and you can settle it , but if you contest the matter and your husband found guilty it may cause , effect on your husband's service ,
