wife's sister-in-law filed a false case of dowry against the in-laws

Hello I have a case of my wife, My Wife's Bhabhi has made an FIR on all my in laws and my wife also.. For family torturing wich i dont think is my wife's any involvement is there So.. We have a 2months girl child, the child cant stay without a mother.. So can the police arrest my wife?? Wich have a small baby.. What can i do for it? Thank you

Now dowry case is not filed untill DLSA make an report so firstly you will gets an notice for your say If all proceeding is allredy happened then don't bother now 498 is bailable offence and you can easily goat antriseptory bail on your baby point so go for it

Hello If u fear to apprehend your wife then you may apply for anticipatory bail in the district court. No police would arrest if you will get anticipatory bail from such court. For more details contact to lawrato advocate.

The police has to serve you a notice of 41A then they will call you in police station for statement for enquiry, then if they find any substance then they will register a complaint under 498A and dowry act. But better you people take anticipatory bail in advance. Later you can file discharge application before the court

Get Protection for your family by taking anticipatory bail since if named in FIR , then there is likelyhood of arrest irrespective of whether your child is small since the complainant would put pressure
