Wife Threatening For Suicide Note

Am 31 year old .just married bfore 6 months ago...am only one child of my parents...they are fully dependent on me.my father is brain stroke patient .my problem is my wife started weird and unexpected behaviour from last 4 months..she is harming herself trying to attempt sucide for more that 10 times.i stooped her every time every time am like holding her ..i have counselling her with liver and respect every time..but she said her allegations against me are am not giving enough time to her .am giving more time to my parents.and she dont realised when she is harming herslef.i took her for counsellors but afer some time she do the same thing .She already give me a note.where she written that if she died then my husband and his familly will not resposible.i dont understand how to deal with her.am so much conserned about her and my parents as well..my quetion is what safty i should do for my familly or for me...am scared any time she threatning me for sucide...what should i do for ?
