Wife missing with boyfriend & her family filed case under 364,365,498A

My brother's wife is missing with her boyfriend but her family has FIR complained under IPC section 364,365,498(A), 3/4 dowry act against my family. She used to talk with her boyfriend which my brother caught on many occasions. We have audio recording of their conversation. They married less than a year ago and now it is almost 2 months she is missing.
what should be my legal course of action?
Firstly you will have to move for anticipatory or regular bail in the District court. Simultaneously we should move for quashing of FIR in the High Court.
We can also file a complaint against your wife and her boyfriend if they have married secretly.
