Wife has taken 498A IPC case back can i go abroad safely now

My wife had filed a false 498a and taken the case back after a forced compromise from me and my family.I am now eligible for a citizenship of a foreign country,what can i do to save myself from any future threats from my inlaws about re opening the closed case.
Reopening case does not arise at any point of time since once matter is settled u can move any where thing is simple u should not disclose where u are intending to go out so go out and enjoy ur life without disclosure
