Wife filed false complaint against me and my parents what can be done

A false complaint been lodged against me & my parents without filing FIR in women's pol statn.though my parents are not staying with me that me & my parents are harassing her.she took away the entire gold and her certificates from home while leaving.this has had been happening for a while threatening all the time by her & her parents .she made me with police to surrender the house keys & verbally made a statement in front of the police that she had a life threat with me & she needs to be escorted with a pol constable.iam the legitimate owner for that house & rental agrrmnt is on my name.i came out of that house and its been 2 months now.she & her parents are enjoying my comforts.She & her parents have been trying from the day one of our marriage (ours is arrngd mrg) to separate with my parents & my family members & trying to settle with me.took away my 2yr kid from me.all the time she uses to be in Facebook.she keeps avoiding me all the time all the places.how should I proceed further?
