Wife filed false case of abortion on husband

Sir, My self munish kumar married in 2001 having 2 kids of 13 yrs and 8 yrs my wife has filed a false case against me of forcefully abortion three times to make the pressure of getting maint u/s 125 without any thing she has filed a case what i have to do is the court is blind that court entertains these types of false cases why the curt does not take the proper proff before filling / summnoing on false grounds. Being husband in court i anm going to fight with my wife who is residing with me from last 16 years. please advise
Firstly, you are highly mistaken - courts are not blind - courts are to dispense justice. Don't worry on the first date of hearing the courts are going to send both of you to some marriage counsler for reproachment or reconciliation, there u may convince ur wife with the help of counsellor supra.
