Wife filed fake 498a,307 ,323,325 ,504,506 ipc cases

My wife went to her maternal home and have filed a fake 498a,307 ,323,325 ,504,506 ipc cases after 12 days . We have a minor fight the day she went from our home. my marriage lasted just 2.5 months She has alleged that me and my family tried to strangle her . My lawyer is saying , if she tells in court that me and my family tried to strangle her. The court will convict all of us just on the basis of her statement and without any medical proof . Is it true ? I feel my lawyer is fooling me. Should i change the lawyer ? The police have submitted the charge-sheet based on her family statement and her relatives. They don't have any medical evidence and have not included anything in charge sheet.

I would like to see the FIR copy and the chargesheet based on the information recorded in these two and based on information which you give then I will be able to tell you properly for further we can also apply for the anticipatory bail and we can pursue the matter in the court of the law for more details please call me

she you can file high court quishing petition then try to get quishing you can trust any one don't do otherwise file dichrge petition then court will court better then simply first we can don't tell about
