Wife filed DV case did court marriage where marriage officer was fake

Hi, I am P (Hindu) fews days back my wife had field DV case against me.We had a court Marriage.But now I came to know that The Marraige officer is fake.Then what is the status of my case???
A marriage certificate issued by a fake registrar is invalid. Therefore, the marriage is invalid. Hence you immediately approach for a decree of nullity of marriage before the civil Court for a formal declaration that your marriage is null and void. All the best. Regards

As per recent rulings under 498A of Supreme court we do see a ray of light for such special cases. You must go with a women lawyer who is sensitive to such matters to the police station where the report is lodged.
