Wife filed divorce petition and 498a, 312 are pending

My file filed 498a, 312 and other heinous sections being included. She has been pressuring me for huge alimony along with divorce for marrying her ex boyfriend.And these cases are now pending in court and now she has filed for divorce petition.
Her plan is to get divorce and put me into trouble by getting me to attend court hearings years together. So what should I do now. Is it wise to contest requesting the judge to wait until final outcome of pending false cases or should proceed for divoce
Hello, once your wife decided to leave you so she filed divorce then she moved to the court. To pressurise you she is using or misusing the her all legal remedies. You can also exhaust legal remedies available to you and try to fight for your right.
