wife file false case U/S 364 on me and my family

I'm a govt employee.my wife register a false fir on me and my family u/s 364 ipc in thana tappal Aligarh up...now enquiry office completed his enquiry and said to me that fr report and fir is on co office khair.how i get certified copy of fir and total enquiry report and fr etc .can i go for RTI now or wait for summission of report in court..what to do for full certified copy..help me soon...

You have to wait for filing of fr in the concerned court, accused has no right to get copy until and unless the same has been filed in court below. You will not get the same through your application under rti.

You can get the certified copy when the police officer file it in court after getting approval from circle officer. Then only you can apply for the certified copy through an advocate by giving your vakalatnama to him
