Wife eloped with a guy can I file a case of adultery against him

I got married in 2011. we dont have children my wife eloped with a guy. Police filed kidnap and secret marriage case in chargesheet. can i file adultary on that guy on basis of charge sheet
basing on the charge sheet you can file the adultery case against your wife's boy friend and you can also make one of the accused as your wife. and more important is that, in what way you want to proceed with your wife, whether you want to continue the relationship with your wife or not.

you need to prove the physical consumation of your wife with that guy and you can invoke 494 ipc through 200 crpc before a magistrate if you got substantiate proof then you can directly file complaint which can be taken on file
