Q: What to do a false case was filed against me

Dear sir I want advice from you..i have accused of kidnapping a minor if ate 17 years ..Her father filed a case against me..but me and his daughter loving each other...with her permission we both are went away from house...later we surrounded at a police station...we both are separated and later again we both were tried to go away from home..bug we caught by police...then i submitted at district court and i was in jail for 5 months later i got bail at district court with support of my lover.(She).Then we both are at our respective homes..Now she is major in the month of january 2018.I am attending every vaida.till now there are 15 vaida's but they didn't attend any one... Her parents not giving opportunity to her to attend court.She is interested to come and say in favour of me in the court...what to do now.?They aren't coming to any vaida..she is major now ..can i take away from home now? if i do is there any problem?why court is not giving any warranty notice to her parents.

Dear friend..This is the Case of kidnapping and that too minor girl. It's a serious crime but the victim comes and gives written declaration of the situation and facts and want to marry you then no problem..

Q: Someone took injunction order against us by submitting fake docs

Someone took injection order against us by submitting fake documents of land, after one year the judge realised it was fake documents and injectionorder got vacated...So, Can I file defamation case against them?

Dear.Firstly bring all the documents in which they have taken injunction order and same was vacated by court on what base the case was filed. Once v get clarity on that u can file the case of cheating and fabrication of documents and misrepresentation before Court...

Q: Wife eloped with a guy can I file a case of adultery against him

I got married in 2011. we dont have children my wife eloped with a guy. Police filed kidnap and secret marriage case in chargesheet. can i file adultary on that guy on basis of charge sheet

Dear.Firstly collect the charge sheet. If it is clear that she was eloped and married and having sufficient proofs of both then u can file adultery and that's the main grounds for divorce to so u can proceed....

Q: Case compromised will past case history effect getting govt job

I was in a case which has been compounded. both me and the defacto complaint has been compromised. a award was issued by legal authority section-19 nyaya seva authority act 1987. this award was issued by praja nyaya peetam. shall i face any problem in future for government jobs in police or railways ?

I got married in 2011 we dont have children. She eloped with a guy with a 20 tulas gold. She also wrote a false letter saying I and my family members tortured her. I appiled divorce for mutual constent. She filed false 498A on me and my family members. Can I file 420 case her.

Dear..Just tell me the brief when u married and when she eloped and with whom and is there any photographs of both and written msg etc.to proove her character like she cheated u and receipt of gold of 20tolas as u said then only u can file
