Hi, My wife has hidden pregnancy at time of marriage , she has been mentally me and physically assaulted me many times to keep quiet. She wants me to stay woth her so that she can exploit money and asks me to do creepy things . She has been financially exploiting me . I need help immediately to escape feom this torture. She threatens me to file fake case against me and family

File an NCR in the nearest police station regarding the physical torture and harassment by your wife with all the proofs and videos to the jurisdictional police station! The police will file an NCR and strict action will be taken!

Dear Sir, If your wife was in adultery before marriage and she was pregnant due to her boy friend then you may immediately file a petition for annulment of marriage under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act. Better to send her to her parents house and lodge a complaint with Police about tortures committed by her against you.
