Why in ecout app it's showing evidence just after appearance

Hello I am charged against 377 511 pocso7/8 and today on 12th Jan , I appeared before the court for getting my charge framed. I got my next date on 20 th February. I thought my charges are framed as I signed on some documents. Now I see it's showing evidence stage. Why it's not showing charge framed which I generally see in all cases. In my case it's showing evidence just after appearance stage.

I have been answering your queries for sometime now. and it is advisable that you get the assistance of a learned advocate on the issue and explain everything in person to the advocate so that you are guided properly. it will be a fruitless exercise to ask for any assistance here in which you might not have the correct answer to your query.

It is not mentioned in e courts app, and orders are also not uploaded since POCSO is related to minor children. Usually advocates do not argue on point of charge but it is a huge opportunity for the accused to exit from the clutch of prosecution apart from the acquittal.
