Who Can File Attempt To Rape Case on Father Of Unmarried Girl.

Sir, recently my husband went to unmarried major girls's home as she was not responding to him for some days because of house arrest. They had 4 years sexual relation ship. I have strong proofs photos and chat messages, mails etc. Girl's father filed 509, 354, 354C,354D,67A of IT Act. Girl is major. She could file a case. But father has given complaint and police registered case. So question is, will it be a valid one? Because victim is major girl. She could have registered case. Could someone help me out? I need to help my husband.

as a matter of fact the provisions involved that as the actual victim is not in a position to come forward for giving complaint as a guardian her father is eligible to give complaint and the complaint is valid and you can claim on other legality issues involved

When the girl is major, the parents are not eligible to give complaint. Even now the major girl cancel the above case by filing a quash petition before the HIGH COURT. The case is completely depends upon the decision of the girl.
