Which one is more important FIr or 164 or 161

Can FIR contain promise to marry in December 2021 and 164 promise to marry in august 2021 and 161 have promise to marry in feb 2021 as and when prosecutrix wants. How does the legal system run ??? nI want to know which one of this is important. Will the judge say choose any one my dear prosecutrix we will hang the accused because you want revenge as honey trap couldn’t happene. Tell me my child

Such FIR is to be quashed There is inconsistency in such FIRs Legal system doesn’t run this way There should be legitimacy in the narrative of FiR Otherwise yo have all the right to not only quash it but to take punitive action as against the police in this regard
