Hi
A restrictive clause such as no risk or no torture in future etc are generally void as per law.
Even if parties to a dispute compromise, finally it is for the courts to decide on whether the crime should be compromised in first instance.
So check whether an FIR has been filed. Also since the offence is about 2.5 years old, in all likelihood charge sheet would also have been filed by the police in court. So check whether charge sheet is also filed. If charge sheet is also filed, chances of you compromising without court permission are also not permitted.

Dear,

The agreement entered into both the parties needs to be perused to render proper advice pertaining to its applicability. Contact a local lawyer and show the agreement to him/her, take advice and proceed further.
