Whether report of doctor can be submitted in court u/s 161Crpc.

A person arrested allegedly in an inebriated condition causing public nuisance.The Police arrested him and got medically examined including blood test for detecting presence of alcohol in blood. Whether,the report of the doctor who conducted the blood test comes within section 161 of CRPC or medical report submitted by the doctor be signed.
Sec. 161 permits the investigating officer to record the statement of witnesses during investigation and based on the same and other available materials, the police draft Final Report. The police will record the statement of the Doctor and also get a copy of the medical report signed by the maker.
