Whether all investors get their money back

In a criminal case regarding a co-operative credit society, do all the investors get their money back or is it only those who have filed suit?

If it’s EOW and there’s attachment, then all investors can get the money back in a proportionate share. It also depends whether civil suits have been filed for recovery. This is limited advise based on the information provided.

It is possible that all investors due to other investors may get money refunded or back by filing appropriate proceedings before courts. It also depends on case to case about getting money back from disputants.
