when I should inform recruiting authority about pending criminal case

Sir I had applied for RRB JE and KPSC Surveyor posts and in online application form they didn't provide any option to metion pending criminal cases and I have a criminal case ACB Trap corruption case which is pending in Court and it is in trial stage now, how?, in which way and when? I have to inform these details to govt recruiting authorities.Sir please inform what I have to do because I didn't get any proper information regarding this.

Every Recruit commute has there own procedures Every committee should ask the All police verification after the final examination and before Vi-oa they will ask.
in your case they wil ask after completion of the final exam.
