When can sue for defamation Case in ipc 306. after completing/before

My younger brother wife had a suicide in Sept 2015, me & my brother we together staying in the same building which I took a lease 2 floor building (building lease was in my name). After the suicide my brother wife parents lodge a false complaint (ipc 306) against my brother and included me my wife in the charge sheet. We went to High court to quash (me & my wife) case is still running. Now can i sue for defamation ? and when I should do this ?

You can sue for defamation only once the charges are quashed you need to send legal notice seeking for apologu and damages. Feel free to contact me for further guidance in tjis regard. Also you can seek heavy damages for false complaints

As its wss a good bench for quashing. u can definitely quash the FiR for the offence punshible under sec 306.. it will be quashed... therafter queshment of the said application u can file a deformation case against those people...
