In visakhapatnam city police prepare a chargesheet on 29 sep 2022 and case enroll in magistrate court on 04 Jan 2023. In such situations when the accused know about chargesheet filed against him.
Well, after lodging of FIR, Chargesheet gets filed within 90 Days in Court. If Police cannot complete its investigation within 90 Days, then, it seeks an extension for the same.
