what will be the punishment if a person dies in a fight

if two persons are fighting with each other if a person died due to injuries then what sections will be implemented on another man and what would be charges
He will be chargesheeted and prosecuted for the offence of murder punishable for life imprisonment u/s 302 of IPC. The charges will be framed u/s 302 of IPC.the said offence is nonbailable and triable by sessions court.
