What to if the period for compliance has expired
16-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
the Crl.appeal has been filed against the conviction order under Sec.11 & 12 of POCSO Act within one month after filing the application for suspension of sentence for 1 month. Now that the case has not come before the bench due to the reason of compliance of objections and 1 month has already been expired.. What is the next procedure.
You can comply with office objections and once the office objection is complete, then you can ask your lawyer seem suspension of sentence during admission stage.
