What to do when uncle is harassing mother to vacate HUF house?

My Paternal uncle is harassing my widowed mother to vacate home. But there are no audio or video proof and eye witness. She is currently staying with me. His plan is to force evict my mother so that she looses rights in HUF property. Can my mother approach police and seek protection? Can someone force to evict home without court notice? Under which section, my mother can seek police protection to stay at home. Can I file criminal complaint against my uncle in police station?
Your mother's right cannot be curtailed if the fact that it is huf property u have a lawful right and you can file a suit for partition and even you can file a suit for injunction restraining others from eviction so that the possession of your mother will be protected and no body can evict by forceful possession

Hi... your uncle have no right to force your mother or pressurise your mother to evict from the house coz your mother also have a right on the property as a member of the family. if your mother want propertyin the share she can file a partition suit before jurisdictional Court and for mental harrassing she can file criminal case .
