Dear sir I have lodged case against them who has trying to murder me they hit me on my head with axe and final report of injury is grevious but still police not arrest the accused so please guide me what to do.
According to the 154 of crpc afer lodge of FIR in conizable offences police must have substantial witnesses to arrest alleged persons.After 60-90 days of investigation police will have to submit chargesheet before the magistrate of cjm court u.s 173 of crpc.but police has not taken custody to accused u must given written statement along with Fir copy to ssp.contact us for further legal proceeding..
