What to do when minor brother & sister on scooty got hit by bus?

my brother (14) and sister (16) was on scooty and waiting for road clearence to cross the road and then dmrc bus hit them and my brother and sister both of them have serious head injurious and dmrc driver is run after hiting them my brother and sister both minor and have not a licence. what i do and what case apply on dmrc driver or dmrc bus service. and what effect on us after case due to minor children

There’s be implications on both the parties I.e the victim and the accused Driver of DMRC. Pcr call made or not?? Who and how will the accused Driver be identified. Fir registered or not and a MACT claim will have to be filed.

It is a clear case of hit and run , lodge police complaint. You can also ask for the compensation in the form of damages.As in this case you can file a civil suit against DMRC as the driver was not having the valid Driving licence .
