If she files FIR and the rape case is prosecuted against the boy then he can show that the relationship (sexual intercource)with the girl was with her full consent and that the boy never promised to marry her. If the girl is threatening to falsely implicate the boy and his family members then try to record her call or if she is present before the boy then record a video of her threatening the boy. Besides that file the application for anticipatory bail first before session court and if the bail is not granted by that court, which is most likely, then before High Court.

Dear Citizen,
Your friend could be facing serious jail time and judicial remand without proper legal help. It is advisable that you appoint a lawyer who will file an anticipatory bail for your friend. If the anticipatory bail is granted, your friend will not be put behind the bars.

In any other case, your friend might have to apply for regular bail. But there will be a probability of accused being arrested for investigation etc. So kindly appoint a lawyer immediately who can provide you good defense. It is also advisable that you start preparing all the electronic evidences of phone conversations available with you.
