What to do when a criminal case pending create issues in getting visa

Hi. I met with an accident 3 years ago and a case has been filed against me. I checked in the court and th case is still pending. Currently I have finished my PhD degree and want a Spanish Visa for employment in Spain. I have been refused to be given the police clearance certificate saying that my case I still pending. Kindly help how to get the pcc immediately so that o can apply for Spanish Visa
You have to apprch the court where your case is going and take a permission for police clearance then after you have to apply for a visa ,without police clearance you can't get visa for any country ,kindly contact with any lawyer

My advice for you 1--appear before hon. Court on date and inform about your education and employment to court and request to court fix your matter day-by-day if court accept then your matter finish in fewday then you free.
2---if you want to joint argently then appear before court and file application in your case for permission to visa.
