Hi, a false cyber crime complaint of fraud has been filed against me in a police station in Ludhiana. The person has no evidence of the so-called fraud but intends to harass me and make me travel to Ludhiana. Unfortunately, he has bribed the police. How can I check the cyber crime complaint against me? Is there any legal order I can obtain from the court to quash the complaint and take action against the person who registered the false complaint?

About evidence---it is part of investigation , will be clear after completion of investigation. If you have confidence no evidence against you then you can go to hon.high court for qush Fir against you.

Q: What to do if have not received any summon

My husband has a drunk driving case on him. we did not receive any call or summon from court so was not attending. recently we tried finding the case status online and found that for past 10 dates the case has been adjourned with reason accused absent. we have noted the next date and will be there in the court but we are really acared as what will be the circumstance of being absent from court on all the dates. please suggets.

In criminal matter bail granted to your husband by hon court that time you assure to court that you shall present before court on date of hearing your case therefore no question summons or call from hon court.you appear before court and proceed your matter day to day.

Q: What to do when a criminal case pending create issues in getting visa

Hi. I met with an accident 3 years ago and a case has been filed against me. I checked in the court and th case is still pending. Currently I have finished my PhD degree and want a Spanish Visa for employment in Spain. I have been refused to be given the police clearance certificate saying that my case I still pending. Kindly help how to get the pcc immediately so that o can apply for Spanish Visa

My advice for you 1--appear before hon. Court on date and inform about your education and employment to court and request to court fix your matter day-by-day if court accept then your matter finish in fewday then you free.2---if you want to joint argently then appear before court and file application in your case for permission to visa.

Q: Procedure to withdraw a case from court

I want to withdraw a case, because its taking too long. So, can I just not attend the hearing or I need to submit a letter. If I need to submit than can I just post it? In the 4th last hearing I told the judge that I want to withdraw. So, the judge told that you not need to come from next hearing. But, the case is still going on. I checked the proceedings online. Opponent is also not attending the hearing. The status showing was final hearing from last 6 hearing. Now, since the judges have changed. They have changed the status to written arguments of the opponent, because I've already filed mine written arguments.

If you want to withdraw your case then you want appear court on date of hearing and file pursis or application for permission, it is depend on court.But i advice you fie your identity card in court with pursis or application .

hi, While parking my vehicle I accidentally hit a vehicle. That person is now asking for 15000 for repair as his insurance does not cover everything. I am planning to ask him to file for 3rd party insurance but will it be a lot of hassle for me? Kindly suggest

My advice for you try to settle matter amicably, if he thinks file claim against you then he need to resister fir agai nst yor or your driver.matter is small if no more damage to your veichle then try to settle matter ..Save your time and money
