What To Do Next If Summons And NBW Is Issued In Case 420&408

How to proceed in a case of 420 & 408, has the summons issued 3 times and I was not aware of it and 4 summons when it came to police station I got to know,has now summons and NBW is issued against me and I was not aware of case also, has FIR was filed in 2017,charge sheet in 2018 march,how to proceed on this case pls gyide
you have to appear before and recall the NBW providing reasons for absence , if bail is not applied after chargesheet even you have to apply for it and should argue on merits, don't delay in criminal proceedings it might impact negatively on bail or recall application.

Yes, first you need to take anticipatory bail fro the court, thereafter attend in the police enquiry, after that required to take regular bail if A report file before magistrate by the police. for further information, kindly contact me.
