What to do neighbor filed a complaint for having house party

hi we had party at home drinking and dancing on last weekend than my neighbor register a complain against this party and by the influence of that guy police come to my apartment and arrested me and kept me for 1 night in police station , now my neighbor is asking money as fine for that party what i can do i personally want to register a compliant against that neighbor for mentally torching me every day
Hi....For party simply one can not register complaint and police also can't keep u in custody for whole night. Kindly let me know under which section police filed a fir against you. And you file a complaint against your neighbor for demanding money.
