What to do my wife purse was stolen on train

Dear Sir, I with my familly start journey from Siwan jn.(Bihar) to Chandrapura Jn.(Jharkhand) on 20/02/2018 in AC 3 tier,When train started to run from chapra jn.(Bihar) my wife hand bag got theft. I contact to TT, Guard, bed enrolment no one could help. There is no GRP OR RPF in the train for contact and addressed them about this incident then I complain at railway online site at that time. There are mobile in the bag which was ringing till 21/02/2018 at 6pm and location was found near chapra jn, I contacted to Chapara GRP (Mob. No. - 9431822714 bada babu) and informed about mobile ringing and details about this incident, done wattSapp on his no. (wattsapp no.9661925120) about this incident but he could responses my any communication, finally done FIR in Chandrapura grp thana on 01/03/2018 and This FIR transferred to Chapra GRP where Chapra GRP lodge FIR on 28/03/2018, but till now no any action found to recover my wife hand bag. What & where can I do for claim on Indian Railway.
Pursue the FIR and ask the police regarding progress of the case. If they failed to satisfied you, then wrote to the higher authority with all relevant facts and documents and also inform that concerned police is not acting properly.

You should file a Writ in the Hon'ble Patna or Jharkhand High Court against the Union of India, GRP , State Government seeking reliefs as you desire. Police and administration will be in slumber until you make them awaken by the whip of Court's process.
