What to do my friend got in the quarrel with ola driver now in jail

My friend was drunk last night. He booked a cab. He wanted to pay on Ola application, the taxi driver wanted him to pay directly. The police caught him He is now in jail. I can't talk to him How can I help him ? What is the risk ?
