What to do my BF used me physically by making fake marriage promises

My bf used me physicaly in promise of marriage to prove physicla relation in court i have clicked his nude pic , so it will affect me ? I never blackmail him and he dobt know abt it i just clicked pic to prove in court so when i file FIR police willcheck my mobile then they wil ask me to delete ?
Dear client, at police station the inquiry of such matters is done by lady inspector, she will not delete the pictures. As they are evidence for prove. But when this matter will be in court, if his advocate brilliant he will win the case.as their are so many loop holes whether you were living live in relation etc.
