What to do if wife has filled false case of DV and maintenance ?

My Wife Forced And Asked Me to leave home and after I left the home after a week she lodge a false complain of DV saying that I will kill her,my child and myself ,I am not giving any expenses of home ,not taking care of my child,under various section of harm to modesty,threat to life and DV.Now they are demanding for money and expenses toward child and home also they are forcing me to transfer the ownership of flat to her name. Flat is on both of our name (myself and wife). They are threating that we I will not fullfill their demands they will move ahead and lodge FIR and other false allegation and complain like 498A etc on me and my family. I have a child (boy) they are also not let me see my child or talk to him. When they want then only I can see my child and talk to him. They asked me not to come home wer dey residing other wise giving threats to send me jail. I am very much attached to my son .Trust,I have done anything wrong. Please suggest and help me. I am very in depression.
