What to do if their is a robbery done from my truck

My truck is theft and after 15days theft are arrested my vehicle is not recovered and vehicle is on finance insurance company provides 11lakh as per value value but financer charges more ammount as fine what can i do.
Well, your question is under the purview of police case . Police may recover your vehicle during the course of the investigation. Now regarding the matter of insurance it absolutely depends on the value of the vehicle for which company is liable to pay deducting the value of depreciation amount. If company not do so you may knock the door of consumer Court. Moreover you have not stated about the nature & amount of fine for which financer charging. You consult your lawyer till the furnishing of chargesheet your EMI will be suspended & insurance company can not fine.Inspite of this, perusal of entire document will clear your matter.

Hope your vehicle was insured. If yes, inform the Insurance Company and comply with all formalities. Ensure that the amount is paid in time so that the financer amount is also paid. Else it will create a problem.
