What to do if the police is falsely accusing me

Hi sir.. Sir mujhe police ne 22.8.2017 ko whisky black karte arrest kr Liya the.mere paas only 7 bottle thi.magar police Aur excise ne milkar mere pr 32 bottle daal Di Aur mujh pr 32 bottle Ki f.i.r .kr di.mgar Kyun Ki wha police station mein mera realitive Munshi tha is liye usi din police station mein hi meri bail ho gyi.. Aur police ne mujhe kha Ki 1 or 2 year K baad tumhari court mein hearing hogi,matlab mere paas court Ki date K order aayege Aur fir tume court mein jaana hoga.. Main je jaanna chahta hu Ki kya je Sach hai is case mein esa hota hai Ki 1 or 2 year K baad court se order aate hai, court mein pesh hone K liye.aur Agar order Sach mein aate hai to main wha kya kru Matlab kya mujhe sja hogi jaa judge sahib fine kr k mujhe maaf kr de ne.. Aur mujhe police ne arrest ghar se Kiya tha Aur f.i.r. khi 2 kilometer door road Ki likh Di... Aur mujh pr Jhoot f.i.r.kr Di..jo f. I. R.mujh pr honi chahiye thi wo ki hi nhi...us din meri call detail bi Ghar ki hai Sara din Ki.Help me

Jab police challan pesh kare gi, tabhi aap ko court main jana hoga, os din fir se aap ko bail bond dene honge, police aap ko bata degi challan kab pesh karna hai, is main koi saza nahi hogi bad harassment hai.

You may represent to higher police official for implcating in false case with all proof and documents. Court calls you when the police file challan against you not prior to this. Case depends upon evidece for cquittal or sentence.

Hello sir There are so many answers for you 1st 1 ya 2 saal mai court se sirf arrest warrant direct ayege its never like that ki 2 saal lage court summons ko unless in ur region 2nd excise act may 2 bottles se zada pe saza hai and police ki jhoothi story will be proven in defence bakki u get fined or jail depends on the sitting judge
