What to do if some people in guise of police took my brother

Sir/madam My brother studies in ganganagar city and a murder was happened there yesterday but my brother was at home for three days. Somehow some men (police/sog) came in civil with guns and asked questions to him and me too and then took him with them. When i asked them where are you taking him they said we will call you. Still i have no information about him. Please guide me because i know he is innocent.
Tell the complete story to nearest police station if there were really some police men then the police station should have information about those police men. If there is no information regarding police men then it is a serious crime like kidnapping etc.....you should have file an fir about the incident in nearest police station.

First of all find out that he is in police custody or not. If he is in police custody then with the help of advocate file Bail petition then after prove he is innocent. If you don't find him in police custody then give missing information.
