can a person not having any title to a property file a criminal case on the persons associated with the transfer of property by the mother to her son
Property transfer by two way,first by registration of property secondly by heardiatary parantal/mutation..Person who is in possession of property must be his ownership.. Questions is that whether he is registered owner of property or not ?
