What to do if my boyfriend threatens me

I filed case against my boyfriend for cheating me police arrested him as he sent blackmail letter to my parents but I stay out of my hometown so his parents said they will suicide and my boyfriend relative is agm in bank where I work currently he threatened me to sign on bail for making him out now I want to cancel his bail is there any chance to cancel his bail

Contact the public prosecutor in your case and inform him/her about the activities of your boyfriend and ask the public prosecutor to file an application seeking cancellation of the bail granted to your boyfriend. The court may allow the application by cancelling the bail and may direct the police to arrest your boyfriend and produce before it and thereafter, the court may order for remanding your boyfriend to judicial custody.

Though there is a provision of cancellation of bail, courts will need to be convinced that
a) the bail was illegally granted in the first place
OR
b) The accused has violated the bail conditions repeatedly.
Cancellation of bail can be done only at High courts and that too if any of the above conditions are fulfilled. It is tough, but depends on merits of your claims.
