What to do if false accusations have been made against my friend

My friend married accused and he took her to hungary(European country).The accused have taken twenty lakhs of dowry before marriage. After going there she came to know that he has no job with pending degree and he was on visa of restaurant server.The accused used to beat her daily due to his alchoholic addictions and demanded another 20 lakhs dowry.Recently that country deported him to india.
