What to do if a fake case is registered against us

Fake case registered against us ,by person to the influence of my cousin brother for the family property .And charge sheet are filed in court now how can protect against arrest.

Hello sir Certainty you can save you from arrest by moving anticipatory bail in the concerned court. No need to worry just contest the case with full confidence and under guidance of attorney . You will win at the end

Well if a case has already been registered you need to approach a lawyer immediately and try to procure copy of fir . And on his consultation apply anticipatory bail if the contents of the fir allow else approach high court for bail. As you have not mentioned that facts of the fir so will not be able to guide in details. But before the police arrets you hire a lawyer

you may go for anticipatory bail to protect yourself from the arrest than you argu on charge frame against you for discharge. if you acquittal in the case than you can file defamation case against the complainant
