Sir A Person abused me on My Mail I'd. & It also Put out some fraud Allegation what appropriate action we can take ?
You can take a print out of the said email and lodge a complaint to nearby police station. Provide details of the email Ids and it will be mandatory for the police then to lodge a FIR u/s 66 (a) of IT Act and other sections of IPC such as 504, 294 etc.
