What should I do if my wife is threatening me to file a false DV case

My wife filed 498a,323,504,506,3/4 lat year.than we did compromise she came back and now again threatening to file same cases, I am living very miserable life in under pressure. What will happened if she files again dowry case. What should I do to avoid this worse thing again.kindly advise wife belong to UP.

As she is threatening to file such false cases against you then we have move for other options by making these as grounds for taking divorce as this would be the more appropriate way to get rid of the situation

Don't worry. Now Family Welfare Committees have been established to consider the veracity of these complaints. This can be sorted at the preliminary investigation stage itself, if and when she chooses to file the DV Act complaint. There will be an easily established case of mala fide on your wife's part.

See it is important that you contact a lawyer in this regard on a permanent basis. It is important that you also continue communication with her and not make her wrong and work out living peacefully with her. Besides her threat there is something she wants you to do /not do Identify it and resolve it. Yes she has right to file a DV case, grounds/facts are false or true it is matter of trial but she can file DV, maintenance, or any other relevant case.
